Conrad & Hinkle Pimento Cheese
Pimento cheese is as Southern as sweet tea. Conrad & Hinkle pimento cheese is made from cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, sugar and spices. We have been making it since 1940 using the same recipe of E. Odell Hinkle's (the original owner) wife. Our customers regularly come from Greensboro and High Point to buy our pimento cheese, and it has even been sent to Alaska and Germany.

We make pimento cheese daily and it stays fresh for 4 weeks refrigerated (if you can go that long without eating it all). We sell it in 1/2, 1 and 2 pound sizes.
Pimento cheese is great as a sandwich, on crackers and on celery.
